Payment and Pricing

JACKSON&BROWN accept payment by Visa, Mastercard etc. All card transactions are carried out on our 128 bit secure server. 


All prices are subject to GST at a zero rate unless otherwise stated.

We will endeavor to fulfill your order and deliver the goods to you within three – five working days of the placing of your order. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the goods to you within this time then we shall contact you and arrange another time for delivery.

Cancelling and Returning an Order

You can cancel your order or subscription whenever you want. If you want to return the good, please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.


If you feel that items in your order are unsatisfactory, or that an error has occurred with your order or have any other complaints then please feel free to contact us at info@jacksonandbrown.co.

We will respond to all complaints within one working day, typically the same day and aim to resolve all complaints within two working days. 

Any customer details collected are kept confidential and you will be updated on the progress of the complaints process.
